Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At solar fun, we always aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible without compromising the quality of our products. We deliver throughout Australia mainly via Australia Post to ensure reliable service and efficient delivery.

All orders are processed through our Sydney warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All orders with available stock will be dispatched within 1 business day, and orders placed before 1:00 PM Sydney local time will be dispatched on the same day.

We always strive to offer high-value products that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and accurately described.

2. Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Costs

All products enjoy free shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. You can track your delivery online using this unique tracking number.

Damages

solar fun is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Delivery Terms

Please note that AU POST does not deliver to PO Boxes for certain parcel types, so a residential or business address may be required. Deliveries occur during business hours.

  • AU POST deliveries may require someone to sign for the parcel. If no one is available, a re-delivery or collection from your local post office may be needed.
  • You may leave instructions for a safe drop-off location during checkout. However, items left unattended are at the buyer's own risk.
  • If more convenient, you may choose to have items delivered to your workplace.

3. International Shipping Policy

solar fun products are not available for standard international shipping.
If you are located outside Australia and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at solarfun.au@gmail.com so we can provide a custom shipping arrangement.
