Return Policy


Solarfun’s return policy does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return an item if you believe there is a problem. If an item can be posted or easily returned (e.g., dropped off), you are generally responsible for returning it. For items collected from our warehouse, it is typically the buyer’s responsibility to return the item for a warranty claim (exceptions may apply). All returns must comply with our warranty conditions.

Return Policy

Products can only be returned within 60 days with a receipt. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us. Refunds are accepted but will only be granted after the returned item has been inspected. Any refund-eligible product must be returned in its original packaging, with shipping costs prepaid (or the return freight cost will be deducted from the refund). The item must be unused and in resalable condition. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. All refund-eligible items returned to Solarfun will be examined to ensure they are undamaged and in resalable condition.

Solarfun reserves the right to reject refund claims if items are damaged or not in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the freight charges of returned items. Please ensure the original packaging, invoices, completed and signed warranty cards (if applicable), and all accessories included with the product are returned. Solarfun is not required to offer refunds after 60 days; however, in exceptional circumstances, returns may be accepted. Products approved for refund after 60 days will incur a 15% restocking fee and will only be eligible for store credit towards a future purchase.

Returns & Shipping

Solarfun does not refund shipping charges for any product. In most cases, customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees and insurance.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to return a faulty item, please email solarfun.au@gmail.com with your order number. Photos and/or videos may be requested to assist with the return process. All other relevant information will be provided at that time. Before returning any item, our Customer Service Department must issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return items before receiving instructions from us; otherwise, your return may not be identifiable or accepted.

Once a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Failure to do so may affect the final outcome.

Once the item is received by our service department, the inspection process typically takes no more than 6 business days (processing times may vary).

Although many spare parts are stocked in Australia, some may need to be ordered from our supplier. Most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, but a small number of difficult-to-order parts may take up to 8 weeks.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances will Solarfun or any of its partner companies be held liable for consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of usability.
