Warranty Policy
Solarfun goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
In addition to your statutory rights, Solarfun offers a standard 12-month warranty for most physical goods purchased from Solarfun or associated retail stores, effective from the date of purchase.
For products used for commercial purposes, the warranty period is 3 months. The Solarfun warranty described above does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The Solarfun warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes. It also does not cover damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner not described in the instructions. The warranty will be void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Solarfun to provide service (excluding standard periodic maintenance).
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories (such as pool diaphragms, chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, mats, nets, belts, cables, cushions, wheels, blades, tubes, and safety gear) are not covered by Solarfun’s standard warranty once used. If your part or consumable component arrives with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us before using the item to arrange a resolution.
Until the nature of any fault is determined, the solution that Solarfun may offer can vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to identify the issue. If the product is unusable upon receipt or has a major fault, the customer may choose either a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In some cases, a reduced refund may apply. For minor faults, the Solarfun warranty may cover the installation of replacement parts or the supply of replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Warranties do not apply to items that are resold or rented for profit.
Solarfun may update this policy from time to time. You should check this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
